2025 ARPA Artist Grant Fund
The City of Baltimore, under the leadership of Mayor Brandon Scott, is committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive recovery for individuals impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency. Through Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) in federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, the City has established the Artist Grant Award to provide direct financial assistance to local artists affected between March 14, 2020, and June 30, 2021.

Environmental Offset Grant Program
The City of Baltimore is currently accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations wishing to access Critical Area Management Program (CAMP) and Forest Conservation Offset monies. This grant is intended to encourage past and prospective grantees to develop exciting ideas for projects that will restore and expand our tree canopy and urban forests, improve the quality of our waterways, and improve quality of life and habitat in Baltimore.

Digital Equity Fund - Round 2
The Digital Equity Fund aims to help bridge the digital divide in Baltimore City. In April 2023, Baltimore City launched the Digital Equity Fund to support the creation of community-led digital inclusion plans and provide funding for communities to bring those plans to life.
