Baltimore, MD. – The Baltimore City Foundation is formally announcing its ground-up, comprehensive restructuring, with the goal to establish the Foundation as an accountable, transparent, and efficient steward of funds.

The Baltimore City Foundation announced today its newly appointed President, HyeSook Chung, an experienced strategic manager and child advocate. Ms. Chung will lead the Foundation and focus on leveraging innovative public-private partnerships to enrich the lives of Baltimoreans.
